"What Is SUP Dog? A Journey in Balance, Bonding, and Trust."
SUP Dog Workshop
This two-part workshop is designed to introduce you and your pup to the art of paddleboarding—safely, positively, and at your own pace.
We begin on land, building confidence and connection through basic commands, paddling fundamentals, and positive reinforcement. Along the way, we’ll assess your comfort level on the board, your handling skills, and your dog’s temperament around people and other dogs. (Note: If you or your dog aren’t strong swimmers, we recommend swimming lessons prior to any water-based activities.)
This is a judgment-free space—there’s no pass or fail. Our goal is to help you both feel safe, supported, and ready to grow as a team.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll walk, train, swim, explore, and play—on land and on the water. It’s about bonding, building trust, and creating calm confidence in a mindful, positive environment.
⚠️ Please Note:
For the safety of all participants, aggressive behavior—human or canine—will not be tolerated. Dogs must be under basic verbal control (sit, stay, come, etc.) to participate.
A Note From Me
I’m not a certified trainer (yet), but I teach from hands-on experience, continued personal study, and deep respect for the dog-human bond. I’m currently pursuing certification through Animal Behavior College (ABC) and am committed to lifelong learning in canine behavior and training.
I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space—a tapas, a container of trust—where you and your dog can learn to paddle together with joy, presence, and confidence.
Let’s paddle, play, and paws.
Your board is your mat. Your dog is your guide.
